Detox Rainbow Roll-ups

Light and easy snack !



  • 2 cups of cabbage and golden beet slaw
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 5 radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup of pea shoots
  • 6 collared green (leaves)(stem/spine removed)
  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1/4 of soy-sauce (for dipping)
  • 6 rice paper sheets


  • Prep all ingredients that will be going into the roll-up; make sure all cuts are uniform
  • Follow instructions of the rice paper sheet; once pliable lay flat on cutting board
  • Lay all ingredients onto the sheet and roll like a burrito (make sure all ingredients are secure)
  • Cut in half once roll and serve with soy-sauce









Yields: 6 full rolls (12 halves)

Total Time: 35 mins
