Light and easy snack !
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cabbage and golden beet slaw
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 5 radishes, sliced
- 1 cup of pea shoots
- 6 collared green (leaves)(stem/spine removed)
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 1/4 of soy-sauce (for dipping)
- 6 rice paper sheets
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients that will be going into the roll-up; make sure all cuts are uniform
- Follow instructions of the rice paper sheet; once pliable lay flat on cutting board
- Lay all ingredients onto the sheet and roll like a burrito (make sure all ingredients are secure)
- Cut in half once roll and serve with soy-sauce
Yields: 6 full rolls (12 halves)
