Start your week off with this deliciously amazing tropical granola 🌱🍍🌰
Ingredients
2 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of pistachios and pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of hemp, chia and flax seeds (mixed)
1/2 cup of organic cashew butter
1/4 cup of organic honey
1/4 cup of dried dates
1/4 cup of coconut oil
lots and lots of coconut flakes
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients , spread on parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake for 10 mins @ 350 ⏲
Let the granola cool down for 10 mins before putting in mason jars
Yields : 2 mason jars
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 mins
