Lime and Ginger Chicken Meatballs


Lime and Ginger Chicken Meatballs are the perfect addition to your weekly routine. Easy and Fresh; you won’t regret making this recipe



  • 1 lb of organic, free ranged ground chicken
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 knob of ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves of organic garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch of organic parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch of volcano salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp of organic coconut oil



  1. Preheat oven for
  2. Prep all ingredients
    • zest and juice lime
    • chop ginger, green onion and garlic
  3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together
  4. Form the mixture into golf size balls
  5.  Bake in oven, on a parchment paper covered baking sheet, for 30 minutes.
  6. When ready, pair the meatballs with coconut rice and veggies.


  • You can use ground turkey instead of chicken
  • Substitute cilantro instead of parsley
