Sesame Crusted Tilapia and Bok Choy Slaw

  • 1 fillet, Tilapia
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of rice flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 cup of radish, sliced thinly
  • 3 heads of Bok Choy, chopped (bite size piece)
  • 1 green onion stalk , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 of cilantro , chopped thinly
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Slaw Dressing

  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp of Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp of rice wine vinegar


  1. Preheat oven at 375 F
  2.  Start off by prepping the dredge for the fish ( egg , rice flour and sesame seeds)
  3. Coat the fish and put it on a baking pan
  4. While the fish is cooking, prep the slaw by adding the green onion , Bok Choy, broccoli slaw , radishes and cilantro
  5. Mix all the ingredients for the Slaw dressing and add it to the slaw
  6. Take the tilapia out of the oven when ready and plate your dish


  • The sesame coating is perfect for any type of fish
  • one fillet – makes two portions
