Chocolate , Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

Start your day off with this easy and flavourful smoothie. This smoothie is filled with nutrients that are ideal to kickstart your morning. 






  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup of chia and flax seeds
  • 2 cups of chocolate almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of blueberries, frozen


  1. Prep all your ingredients
  2. Put in ingredients in a blender, pulse until smooth
  3.  Serve chilled




  • Feel free to supplement the chia seeds and flax seeds for any type of nut or seeds that you prefer
  • Use dairy milk instead of non-dairy
