There’s no secret that Brunch is by far the best meal of the week. It’s when you are able to reconnect with family and friends and talk about what has happened in the past week. Over the last few winter months, I have explored the city in search of the best brunch and I have brought you 3 of the best brunch spots in the 6ix that offer the best eggs benedict.

The Green Wood
I enjoyed a salmon eggs benedict on nice fresh toast with a ceasar. We arrived early because this is the place to be in Leslieville. I chose to have mine with the salad and my friend Katie got the potatoes…. We did a little switch to have a well balanced meal….. Also not only are the eggs bene amazing; THE CEASARS ARE INSANE! ❤ Please note that they do not take reservations on the weekend, so its best if you show up a bit early before the line around the block starts to form.

WISH
Located near Yonge and Bloor. WISH is a little haven in itself. With a rustic cottage vibe you can’t go wrong with the eggs bene. I went during Winterlicious and the eggs bene was on the menu… I was most definitely not disappointed. Served with fresh fruit and homefries…. I will be going back to wish in the near future.

Le Petit Déjeuner
Located in the Historic St Lawrence Market Neighbourhood on King Street East… This lovely Belgium-Canadian resto is beyond amazing. Their eggs bene is accompanied by a potato rosti and a apple slaw; which brings just the right amount of acidity to the dish to cut the richness of the smoked salmon, hollandaise and the runny yolk. They also offer different types such as the Eggs Veronique (with peppers and onions).
ALSO ! Arrive early – ALWAYS A LINE UP
