Spicy Marinated Tofu

Simple and easy. This recipe will not take more than 30 minutes to make and will be a new addition to your weekly cooking schedule.



  • 1 package, firm tofu
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 package, mushrooms sliced
  • butternut squash noodles
  • bunch of ramps
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together
  2. Marinade the tofu for 15 minutes
  3. Heat grill pan
  4. Add sesame oil and olive oil
  5. Grill the tofu
  6. Serve with ramps, mushrooms over butternut squash noodles

** Cook noodles in sauté pan**
