Ingredients
- 1 package, firm tofu
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 package, mushrooms sliced
- butternut squash noodles
- bunch of ramps
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together
- Marinade the tofu for 15 minutes
- Heat grill pan
- Add sesame oil and olive oil
- Grill the tofu
- Serve with ramps, mushrooms over butternut squash noodles
