It’s football season and buffalo chicken is an all time favourite across the board. The only issue when eating your traditional wing – THERE’S NEVER ENOUGH CHICKEN.
This recipe will change how you pre-game for your favourite team to kick off.
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 eggs, scrambled (for dredge)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- pinch of salt and pepper
- OPTIONAL: for presentation
- purple cabbage
If you are on a healthy kick serve yours on top of romaine lettuce garnished with some sprouts, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, purple cabbage and do not forget your quintessential blue cheese dressing.
