Coconut Turmeric Mango Smoothie

Good morning Sunshine! This is what comes to mind when I make this smoothie. It’s super easy to make and I have an easy cheat that is a healthy alternative as well.

Grocery List

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped mango
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

How to make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk to thin out the smoothie or a bit of maple syrup or your sweetener of choice.
