
Good morning Sunshine! This is what comes to mind when I make this smoothie. It’s super easy to make and I have an easy cheat that is a healthy alternative as well.
Grocery List
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped mango
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk to thin out the smoothie or a bit of maple syrup or your sweetener of choice.
Cheat Code
- I have found the ultimate cheat. At Trader Joe’s (YES I KNOW this is an American store) but they sell a already pre-made coconut turmeric ginger mylk.
