Healthy Breakfast Wrap

Three months ago, I decided to purchase a gym membership at an all inclusive gym. They have a snack bar and they sell this exact wrap – I decided to save a few dollars and make it at home… this will be added to your weekly breakfast ritual.

Grocery List

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup spinach, washed
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • OPTIONAL: salt and pepper

How to make it

  1. Start off by lathering your hummus as the first layer on your wrap
  2. Add the spinach
  3. Slice your hard boiled eggs and add to the wrap
  4. Top off by adding the sprouts
  5. Finish off with some salt and pepper
