
Three months ago, I decided to purchase a gym membership at an all inclusive gym. They have a snack bar and they sell this exact wrap – I decided to save a few dollars and make it at home… this will be added to your weekly breakfast ritual.
Grocery List
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup spinach, washed
- 1/4 cup sprouts
- 2 tbsp hummus
- OPTIONAL: salt and pepper
How to make it
- Start off by lathering your hummus as the first layer on your wrap
- Add the spinach
- Slice your hard boiled eggs and add to the wrap
- Top off by adding the sprouts
- Finish off with some salt and pepper
