
Grocery List
- 1 cup fresh parsley with stems
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 3 cloves of garlic (great for immunity)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
** If you don’t have the following herbs… feel free to use whatever you have on hand
How to make it
- Wash and prep all your ingredients
- Add it to your food processor and purée until smooth
- you can freeze or have it in your fridge for up to 4 days
