Vegan Herb Pesto


Grocery List

  • 1 cup fresh parsley with stems
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 3 cloves of garlic (great for immunity)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

** If you don’t have the following herbs… feel free to use whatever you have on hand


How to make it

  1. Wash and prep all your ingredients
  2. Add it to your food processor and purée until smooth
  3. you can freeze or have it in your fridge for up to 4 days
