Goat Cheese and Pesto Flatbread


Grocery List

  • 2 flatbreads (I usually use pita or naan bread)
  • 1/2 cup herb pesto
  • 1/4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pearl onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven at 400F
  2. On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay a flatbread down.
  3. Take a spoonful of pesto and spread it on the flatbread.
  4. Layer the tomatoes, onion and goat cheese.
  5. Once ready, bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
