- 2 flatbreads (I usually use pita or naan bread)
- 1/2 cup herb pesto
- 1/4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 pearl onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
How to make it
- Preheat your oven at 400F
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay a flatbread down.
- Take a spoonful of pesto and spread it on the flatbread.
- Layer the tomatoes, onion and goat cheese.
- Once ready, bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
