Grocery List
- 1 cup spinach, frozen
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 tbsp minced turmeric root
- 1 apple
- 1/2 english cucumber, diced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp protein powder of choice (I use Genuine Health’s)
How to make it
- Prep all your ingredients
- Throw into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy topped with peanut butter and/or granola
