Persimmon Smoothie

Grocery List

  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk Drink
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 Large Persimmons
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Honey  (optional)


How to Make it

  1. Combine all the ingredients (apart from honey and desiccated coconut) in a blender and blend until smooth (this will take several seconds).
  2. Taste the smoothie. If you find it not sweet enough add honey and give it a quick blend.
  3. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with some chia seeds and you are good to go!
