About Me

Rugby athlete turned foodie; I truly found my passion for food after retiring from my rugby career.  As an athlete, you are taught from the start how important food is to your performance and training and that healthy eating shows in your results.

After retiring from rugby, I moved to Toronto to pursue a post graduate degree in Marketing. Toronto has influenced me tremendously when it comes to food and recipe developing. I want to share with you what I am the most passionate about.
